“It was a perfect place to stay for an early morning flight out. Quick walk to hop on my plane out. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. With that being said there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. The sheets and pillows on the bed are of relatively poor quality. The sheets are thin and. clingy, while the pillows are very thin. In addition the lighting in the room old be a little better as well. Sort of dimly lit. The property and staff were very nice. Overall, it’s a good value and a decent place to stay. ”

“Mix of positive experiences and a few notable concerns. Pros:
 The setting is absolutely beautiful, nestled right along the Columbia River. The property itself is clean and well-kept. Complimentary bike usage. The rooms are nice overall, with a fireplace and a nice soaking tub. Has onsite restaurant and bar. There is a spa listed as an amenity, though it appears to operate on an on-call basis rather than being regularly staffed. Cons:
 The pool was a major disappointment. It’s advertised as...

“Room was clean, though they do not do daily service of the room like make beds. All supplies like soap and toilet were restocked. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the best. Parking excellent and safe, very nice Safeway, Froyo, Subway across the street and gym very clean. Morning breakfast which is include was well attended to and delicious, though I wish they also served bacon in addition to breakfast sausages.”

“At 2am our toilet overflow, we had to pack up and move to another room in the middle of the night. Had a dog and child to transfer to the new room. In the new room the water temperature in the shower was backwards so cold was hot, hot was cold. Called General Manager Valencia to share my concerns. Never heard from her. I will be calling the head office about my stay and compensation for this trip. By the way breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed.”

“Airport shuttle arrived within minutes of us calling to request one. For our return at 3:30AM the next morning, the shuttle was there right on time. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating - they were awesome. It was all about the customer. ”
